The Home
The home sits on just over an acre and has an expansive area of waterfront. The house is complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with a separate 2nd kitchen, game room, outside terrace, and a sunroom to take in the incredible water views.
The Property
You will escape off a quiet 2 lane road into a paradise of mature trees and a beautiful, landscaped yard. The yard is also fenced in to allow your pet to explore worry free. Once you pull into the circular driveway you will see a large front porch with rocking chairs and a swing.
The Main Level
The main level includes 3 bedrooms with a king, a queen, and twin beds with a trundle. The master has its own en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the hall bath. This level also includes an eat in kitchen, dining room, study, den, sunroom, and a game room, along with a small deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
The Lower Level
The downstairs level is a separate entrance just below the sunroom. At this entrance you will find a large covered patio with a bar area and outdoor seating with a grill and expansive views of the lake. Once inside you will find a den, eat in kitchen, and a bedroom and bathroom with a queen bed.
The Dock
From the patio there is a paved sidewalk all the way down to your very own dock. You are free to tie up your boat or swim off the dock at your own risk. The house sits a in secluded cove and with just a few minutes after launching your boat you will be in the main waterway.
